Financing loss and damage from slow onset events in developing countries

چکیده
Based on a systematic review of journal articles, books and book chapters, policy papers, we evaluate possible sources finance for addressing loss damage from slow onset climate events in developing countries. We find that most publications explore insurance schemes which are not appropriate events. From this, determine only few sustainable. Levies taxes seen as relatively fair, predictable, adequate, transparent, additional. These results confirm current options sustainably equitably financing limited.
